When this issue has popped up, our video platform recommends the following:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Make sure cookies are enabled
- Quit your browser and re-open
- Reboot wifi and modem/browser
Our course platform uses Wistia, so you may also have some blocking enabled on your browsers that could be preventing the video from showing up. Go to this Wistia demonstration page and scroll down a little, can you see and play the video under the yellow "Get Started" button? If not, your browser may be blocking Wistia. You may be able to edit your computer settings, reach out to Wistia for assistance, or can consider using a different device or browser to see if that helps.
